Bonded by Beauty is a community initiative of the Beauty Professional Awards Foundation, founded by Mark & Bobbi Powell (aka Beauty School Bobbi), dedicated to empowering the next generation of beauty professionals through access, opportunity, and support.

Our mission is to provide financial assistance, educational resources, mentorship, and industry connections to high school cosmetology programs and students pursuing careers in the beauty industry. We believe every student deserves the opportunity to follow their passion, regardless of financial barriers.
